Aruna Charitable Trust organized the programme World Autism Awareness Day for 2021.
In his special address, Our Director, Dr.A.Ramanathan welcomed the initiative of observing the World Autism Awareness Day.
He also highlighted the role of the organization and the need for care and protection of children with autism.
Our Buds received prizes for the conducted activities by our Honorable Chief Guests.
We are proud to inaugurate Aruna Blooming Buds new venture “ARUNA THERAPY CENTRE,” on World Disability Day, Dec, 3rd 2020. Services offered : Physiotherapy, Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, Sensory integration therapy Social skill training, Reading and Writing skills.
Our third Sports day was arranged on 26th January 2019 at Aruna Creative Minds school grounds . Mrs.Thilagabama Mahendra Sekar was our chief guest . Very grandly we celebrate our sports meet . Children participated in March past , Drill , Yoga , Relay , Dance and individual events . Chief guest gave a lovely message to parent . All children were awarded prizes and certificates. Parents had events too.
Dr.Reshmi of Anilkumar eye hospital , was so kind enough to conduct a free eye camp to our parents and children on 7th February . Screening was done and some were referred to the hospital .
We celebrated pongal festival with our children on 12th January . We made sweet pongal in front of our school . And we organized lots of games like kolam competition for Lady staffs , sugarcane eating competition for Gents staff and Tug – a – war for our children . All are enjoyed the occasion . A pooja was conducted for the betterment of our children .
Carmel Pentecostal Church Paster & Madam graciously invited us to celebrate Christmas with them in their church . Children wear red dress and red Christmas caps and went to church . They prayed for us . Santa clause gave children sweet , cake , gifts .Teachers organized lots of games for them . With God’s blessings we had a wonderfull celebration .
