Learning Disability
A learning disability is a neurological disorder. In simple terms, a learning disability results from a difference in the way a person’s brain in “wired”. Children with learning disability are as smart or smarter than their peers. With the right support& intervention, children with learning disability can succeed in school & go on to be successful, with distinguished careers later in life. Parents can help children with learning disability achieve such success by encouraging their strengths , knowing their weakness, understanding the educational system, working with professionals& learning about strategies for dealing with specific disabilities.

A language based disability in which a person has trouble in reading& understanding written words.
A mathematical disability in which a person has a difficult time solving arithmetic problems & grasping math concepts.
